These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings made with Vega Travels ("we", "our", "us") for cab and vehicle rental services in Hyderabad and other cities. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

• You can book our cabs by phone, WhatsApp or through our website.
• Please provide correct pickup location, drop location, date and time so we can serve you well.
• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you by phone or message.
• For outstation trips, a token advance may be required to confirm the booking.

2. Pricing and Payment

• The fare is as agreed at the time of booking. The final amount may change if you change the route, distance, or travel time.
• Toll charges, parking charges, and state entry taxes are extra and paid by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
• Payments can be made by cash, UPI, or online transfer as agreed.
• Night charges or waiting charges, if applicable, will be clearly explained before the trip.

3. Cancellation and Refund

• You can cancel your booking. The refund amount, if any, depends on how close the cancellation is to the travel time.
• For local trips cancelled within 1 hour of pickup, a cancellation fee may apply.
• For outstation trips, cancellation charges follow the terms shared at the time of booking.
• If we cancel your trip because of a technical issue, we will refund any advance paid in full.

4. Waiting Time

• For airport pickups, the driver waits free for a reasonable time after the flight lands.
• For local trips, free waiting time is usually 15 minutes. After that, waiting charges may apply.
• Please keep your phone reachable so the driver can contact you.

5. Luggage

• Please tell us in advance if you have large or heavy luggage so we can send the right vehicle.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle after the trip ends. Please check the car before leaving.

6. Driver Conduct

• Our drivers are trained to be polite, safe and punctual. Please treat them with respect.
• Drivers are not allowed to smoke or drink inside the vehicle.
• If you have a complaint about a driver, please tell us immediately so we can fix it.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Please be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time.
• You are responsible for the safety of children and their seats if required.
• Please do not eat, drink or create dirt inside the vehicle. Cleaning charges may apply for major damage.
• If you book for a specific number of passengers, please do not bring more people than the vehicle can seat.

8. Delays and Emergencies

• We try our best to be on time, but traffic, weather or road conditions may cause delays.
• We will try our best to provide a replacement vehicle if your booked vehicle is not available due to a breakdown.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by conditions outside our control.

9. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles are for passenger transport only. Please do not use them for carrying goods or any illegal activity.
• Crossing state borders may need extra permits. We will inform you if this applies to your trip.
• For one-way trips, the fare and driver return charges are as agreed at the time of booking.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
